核桃酚类化合物的研究进展

摘要: 多酚广泛分布于核桃的各个组织部位,是果树果实的主要次生产物之一,具有良好抗氧化和延缓机体衰老等作用。重点介绍核桃各部位多酚的提取分离技术、色谱定性定量分析技术、化学成分及生物活性等方面,为全面研究核桃酚类化合物提供参考,促使核桃多酚的综合高效开发利用。

Abstract: Polyphenols are widely distributed in various tissues of walnut, which is the one of the secondary product of fruit trees and fruit, with antioxidation and delays the body's failure effect. This paper reviews the research progress of extraction, purification, quantitative analysis, composition and biological activity of walnut tissues, in order to provide a reference for comprehensive study of walnut phenolic compounds and promote the efficient development of the walnut polyphenol.
