杜仲总木脂素的超声波辅助提取工艺研究

Ultrasonic Extraction of Lignans from Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.

摘要: 对杜仲总木脂素的超声波提取工艺进行了研究。通过单因素法分析了乙醇体积分数、液料比、超声波时间对杜仲总木脂素提取率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验设计方法,对超声波辅助提取杜仲总木脂素的工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明,1g杜仲总木脂素的最佳超声波辅助提取工艺为:使用体积分数为65%的乙醇,液料比20:1(mL:g),浸泡12h后,超声波辅助提取45min,超声波功率250W,提取1次。在此实验条件下,提取所得杜仲总木脂素的质量分数为7.652%,提取率为97.75%。

Abstract: Ultrasonic extraction of lignans from Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. was studied. Three main factors including EtOH volume fraction, ratio of liquor to material and extraction time on extraction rate of lignans were investigated using single factor analysis. The optimal processing conditions for ultrasonic extraction of lignans from Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. were obtained by orthogonal tests. The results showed that the optimum parameters were the mass of Eucommia bark about 1 g EtOH volume fraction 65%, ratio of liquor to material 20:1(mL:g), ultrasonic extracting for 45 min once after soaking for 12 h. The yield of lignans was 7.652% and extraction rate was 97.78%.
