混合醇对生物燃油主要物性的影响

The Effect of Mixed Alcohols on Physical Properties of Bio-oil

摘要: 为了改善生物燃油物理性质,提高生物燃油的稳定性,以农林废弃物快速裂解而成的生物燃油为样品,选取甲醇/乙醇(质量比1:1)的混合醇为添加剂,按照不同质量分数添加到生物燃油中,研究不同添加量的混合醇对生物燃油运动黏度、含水率、热值、闪点、密度和pH值的影响。实验结果表明:混合醇可以改善生物燃油各物理性质参数,添加5%~40%混合醇的生物燃油其运动黏度增加1.289~2.049 mm2/s,含水率下降10.07%~44.75%,热值上升1.70%~11.14%,闪点下降1.99%~14.44%,密度下降1.56%~12.23%,pH值上升8.51%~70.21%,并且变化速率降低,说明混合醇可以很好地改善生物燃油的物理性质。

Abstract: In order to improve the physical properties and stability of bio-oil,the mixed alcohol of methanol and ethanol with the mass ratio of 1:1 as additive was added different mass fraction into the bio-oil obtained from fast pyrolysis of agricultural and forestry wastes as the sample.And the effect of different mass fraction of additive on the main physical properties of bio-oil,such as kinematic viscosity,water content,heat value,flash point,density and pH value were studied.The experimental results showed that the mixed alcohol could improve the physical properties of bio-oil.As the additions amount of 5%-40%,the kinematic viscosity of bio-oil increased by 1.289-2.049 mm2/s,the moisture content decreased by 10.07%-44.75%,the calorific value increased by 1.70%-11.14%,the flash point decreased by 1.99%-14.44%,the density decreased by 1.56%-12.23%,the pH value increased by 8.51%-70.21%,and the rate of change reduced,which indicated the physical properties of bio-oil could be improved by adding the mixed alcohol.
