超临界二氧化碳提取肉桂精油的研究

摘要: 应用超临界二氧化碳萃取技术,研究了肉桂皮油的提取工艺。探讨了萃取温度、萃取压力、二氧化碳流量、原料堆积密度等因素对肉桂油萃取得率的影响,采用四因素三水平的正交试验,得出肉桂的超临界二氧化碳萃取的最佳工艺条件为:温度40℃、压力35MPa、CO2流量30kg/h、堆积密度(0.44±0.02)g/mL,萃取物得率5.8%~6.0%,为水蒸气蒸馏法的5倍多,所萃取出的肉桂油外观为棕红色油状物,香气纯正。

Abstract: Extraction technique of Chinese cinnamon oil by supercritical carbon dioxide method was studied.Factors affecting extraction yields,such as temperature,pressure,CO2 flow rate and bulk density of the raw material,were discussed.By orthogonal experiment,optimal technological conditions were achieved as follows:extracting temperature 40℃;extracting pressure 35 MPa;CO2 flow rate 30 kg/h;bulk density of raw material(0.44±0.02)g/mL.Oil yield obtained by this method is 5 times more than that by steam distillation method.The obtained cinnamon oil is of brownish red color with right pure odor.
