杨木粉在EmimAC离子液体中溶解性能的研究

Solubility of Poplar Powder in 1-Ethyl-3-methyl Imidazole Acetate

摘要: 采用离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐(EmimAC)溶解杨木木粉,研究杨木粉在EmimAC中的溶解性能。通过单因素和正交试验优化得到溶解最佳条件为:溶解温度160 ℃,溶解时间16 h,木粉含水量7.5%,超声波预处理时间10 min,在此条件下,杨木粉溶解率为48.30%。在溶解过程中,未溶部分的总木质素含量呈现先增加后减小的趋势,在溶解时间为6 h时总木质素由原料的26.29%增至最大29.43%。通过SEM、XRD、FT-IR对溶解前后木粉结构进行了表征,结果表明,溶解过程中EmimAC对杨木粉结构造成了一定破坏,在溶解时间为16 h时,结晶度由原来的45.43%降至29.03%,但此过程中并没有相应衍生物的产生,EmimAC是杨木粉的强而有效的直接性溶剂,为生物质的高效利用打下了基础。

Abstract: The solubility of poplar powder in EmimAC was studied. By single factor and orthogonal experiment, the optimum dissolution conditions were obtained as follows: dissolution temperature 160℃,dissolution time 16 h,moisture content of poplar powder 7.5%, time by ultrasonic waves 10 min. Under the optimum dissolution conditions, the dissolution rate was 48.30%. Furthermore, the total insoluble content of lignin increased at first and then decreased.It reached the maximum value of 29.29% when the dissolution time was 6 h. The structures of poplar powder before and after dissolving were analyzed by SEM,XRD and FT-IR. It was found that structure damage of poplar powder occured when the dissolution time was 16 h, and the crystallinity reduced from 45.43% to 29.03%. However, there are no corresponding derivatives generated from dissolution process. This paper showed that EmimAC was a strong and effective direct solvent.
