Research Advances on Glycoside Hydrolases with Two Catalytic Domains

Abstract: This review presented the reaserch progresses in the natural domains analysis, artificial construction, modification, and application of glycoside hydrolases with two catalytic domains. The study of glycoside hydrolases with two catalytic domains on improving thermostability and catalytic activity were highlighted. In addition, the catalytic mechanism of glycoside hydrolases with two catalytic domains was explored, and also the research directions of glycoside hydrolases with two catalytic domains were prospected.
