Application of Matrix-assisted Laser Desorption Ionization Mass Spectrometry (MALDI-MS) in the Investigation of Lignin

Abstract: Application of matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI-MS)in the study of lignin was discussed. This new technique can provide new knowledge of the structure of lignin, and also can study the related protein in the course of lignin biodegradation.
