醇溶木质素溶胶流变特性的研究

Abstract

Abstract: Rheological properties of alcohol-soluble lignin sol and the affecting factors,such as concentration,tem-(perature),pH value and plasticizers,etc.,were studied.The result indicated that the logarithm of viscosity of alcohol-(soluble) lignin sol was positively correlated with concentration and exhibited pseudoplastic characteristics.With the (increase) of temperature,sol viscosity decreased,following to Arrhenius equation.Around pH values 3.0 and 9.0,sol viscosity reached the highest.Around pH value 7.0,sol viscosity reached the lowest.Plasticizers increased sol (viscosity).Within the concentration range 0-0.25% of plasticizers,sol viscosity was positively correlated with the concentration of plasticizers.
