DETERMINATION OF AMINO ACIDS IN RANUNCULUS TERNATUS THUNB.

Abstract: The determination of amino acids in Chinese herb Ranunculus ternatus Thunb.by the amino acids auto matic analyzer is presented in this article.The result shows that there are 15 kinds of amino acids in R.ternatus Thunb.Their contents in the herb, cultivated in Henan, Xinjiang, Shandong, Hubei, Anhui Provinces are 9.49%, 7.65%, 10.7%, 9.93% and 8.46%, respectively.
