阴离子型萜烯基环氧树脂多元醇水分散体的制备与溶液性质

Preparation and Solution Properties of Anionic Polyol Dispersion from Terpene-based Epoxy Resin

摘要: 以对氨基苯甲酸(PABA)改性萜烯基环氧树脂(TME)制备阴离子水分散型环氧树脂基多元醇(T-PABA)。实验结果表明,当PABA与TME物质的量比为1.6:1~1.8:1,以丁酮为反应溶剂,用量为PABA质量的1.5倍,反应温度为丁酮回流温度 86℃,反应时间为 3 h 时,得到的T-PABA质量较好。T-PABA固体树脂:黄色透明固体,羟值 168.9 mg/g,胺值 125.9 mg/g,活泼氢 5.254 mmol/g;T-PABA水分散体:黄色透明液体,固含量 30%,黏度(25℃)400 mPa·s。以傅里叶红外(FT-IR)、核磁共振(NMR)光谱及凝胶色谱(GPC)表征了T-PABA的化学结构和相对分子质量分布。利用激光纳米粒径分析方法研究了T-PABA在水中的粒径大小及其分布,发现T-PABA 的水分散性稳定,其Z均粒径约为 30 nm。以旋转流变仪考察了T-PABA水分散体的流变性能,结果表明T-PABA 水分散体的剪切黏度随剪切速率的增大保持不变,属于牛顿流体,其流动指数约为1。

Abstract: Anionic polyol (T-PABA) dispersion was prepared by terpene-based epoxy resin and para-aminobenzoic acid. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of PABA/TME 1.6:1-1.8:1, 2-butanone (1.5 times the mass of PABA) as reaction solvent, reaction temperature 86℃ and reaction time 3 h. The technical parameters of T-PABA were as follows: hydroxyl value 168.9 mg/g, amino value 125.9 mg/g, the total active hydrogen content 5.245 mmol/g. After dispersed in water, the viscosity of T-PABA dispersion was 400 mPa·s with solid content of 30%. The chemical structure of T-PABA was characterized by FI-IR and NMR, and the molecular weight was measured with GPC. Laser particle size analyzer was used to characterize the particle size distribution of the T-PABA dispersion. The value of the Z-average particle size of the dispersion was about 30 nm. The rheological properties of the T-PABA dispersion were examined with rotary rheometer. The apparent viscosity of the dispersion remains constant with the increasing of shear rate, and the value of the flow index was about 1. This indicated that T-PABA dispersion was Newton fluid.
