桐油改性氨基聚酯烘漆的合成研究

摘要: 以桐马酸酐酯多元醇为原料,用氨基树脂交联,制备了桐油改性氨基聚酯烘漆。重点研究了不同原料组分及配比和固化条件等因素对烘漆性能的影响,并对漆膜的性能和红外光谱进行了测定。研究结果表明,它们具有优异的性能,可作为氨基烘漆使用。

Abstract: Amino polyester baking varnishes modified by tung oil were made from polyhydroxyl esters which were synthesized from methyl α eleostearate maleic anhydride adduct crosslinked by amino resins. Effects of each component, the ratio of components and the curing condition on their properties were discussed. The IR spectra were also studied. By performance testing, it has been confirmed that these varnishes possessed good properties and could be used as amino coatings.
