废水污染负荷与造纸原料结构关系的研究

REGRESSION OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EFFLUENT POLLUTION LOAD AND SORTS AND AMOUNT OF WASTEPAPER

摘要: 采用数理统计方法处理了某大型造纸公司近一年的有关生产技术数据,首次建立了表达废纸原料种类、用量和废水污染负荷关系的多元线性方程,揭示了废水污染负荷与原料废纸用量、种类的变化规律。结果表明:当原料废纸用量趋于极大值时,单位质量以国产废纸的污染负荷为100%,欧洲废纸产生的污染负荷是国产废纸的92%,美国废纸是国产废纸的71%,日本废纸和木浆是国产废纸的11%,这为制浆造纸污染预测预报方法提出了一种新思路。

Abstract: Production data of a modern paper mill were analyzed by mathematical statistic method.Multilinear regression equation between effluent pollution load and sorts and amount of waste papers was established to reveal variation rule.Analysis results shows that, when amount of wastepaper approachs to maximum and taking pollution load from unit mass of domestic wastepaper as 100%, pollution load from Europen wastepaper is 92%, from American wastepaper is 71%, and from Japanese wastepaper and wood pulp is 11%.Results of regression analysis is beneficial to reduce pollution and optimize production technology of the paper industry.This study provides a new approach to predict pollution in pulping and papermaking industry.
