植物农药萃取新技术的研究进展

摘要: 论述了新型分离技术如超临界流体萃取、微波辅助提取、超声技术提取和液膜萃取技术的原理、提取特点以及它们在植物农药提取分离中的应用研究进展,简要叙述了其发展前景。作者将超临界流体萃取、微波辅助提取和超声技术提取应用于印楝种仁中印楝素的提取。

Abstract: Researches on mechanism and characteristics of new extraction techniques such as supercritical fluid solvent extraction,microwave-assisted solvent extraction,ultrasonic solvent extraction and liquid membrane solvent extraction,as well as their applications in extraction and separation of phytochemical pesticides were described. Progress in phytochemical pesticides was reviewed and its trend of development was discussed.The authors explained their own views through their experiences of extracting azadirachtin from neem seed using supercritical fluid solvent extraction,microwave-assisted solvent extraction and ultrasonic solvent extraction.
