静态混合管式反应器连续化制备生物柴油的动力学研究

Kinetics Study for Continuous Transesterification of Cottonseed Oil in a Static Mixing Tubular Reactor to Prepare Biodiesel

摘要: 以棉籽油和甲醇为原料,利用自制的静态混合管式反应器,在催化剂和共溶剂的共同参与下连续化制备生物柴油,研究其反应动力学。当催化剂KOH用量为油脂质量的 0.6 %,甲醇和棉籽油物质的量之比(醇油比)为28∶1,共溶剂丁酮与油脂体积比为1.5∶1,反应温度分别为45、 50、 55、 60、 65 ℃ 时,进行酯交换反应动力学研究。结果表明利用静态混合管式反应器连续化制备生物柴油反应的表观反应级数为1.3,活化能为 11.74 kJ/mol。连续化反应的时间可控制在 15 min 内,并且在适宜的反应条件下,酯交换反应的转化率高于 98 %。

Abstract: Fatty acid methyl esters were produced by continuous transesterification using cottonseed oil and methanol as raw materials in the presence of catalyst and cosolvent in a static mixing tubular reactor. The reaction was carried out under the condition of KOH as catalyst(0.6 %), molar ratio of methanol to cottonseed oil 28∶1, volume ratio of oil to cosolvent of butanone 1∶1.5. The kinetics of continuous transesterification reaction were studied under reaction temperature of 45 ℃, 50 ℃, 55 ℃, 60 ℃ and 65 ℃ respectively. The results showed that the reaction can be finished in 15 minutes and the conversion of rapeseed oil was 98.7 %. The kinetic model from the experiment data was a pseudo-first-order reaction and activation energy of continuous transesterification was 11.9 kJ/mol.
