木棉花醇提物中乙酸乙酯溶解组分的化学成分研究

摘要: 采用GC-MS对木棉花醇提物乙酸乙酯溶解组分的化学成分进行了研究,共鉴定出46种成分。主要成分为十六烷酸(14.44%)、十六烷酸乙酯(11.46%)、β-谷甾醇(8.64%)、油酸乙酯(6.75%)、亚油酸乙酯(5.8%)等,其中脂肪酸及其酯成分最多,植物甾醇其次。

Abstract: Chemical constituents in ethyl acetate fraction of alcoholic extract from the flower of Bombax malabaricum DC.were investigated by using GC-MS.Sixty peaks were separated,and 46 compounds were identified.Relative content of the constituents were determined by GC with area normalizing method.The identification ratio was 87.11%.The main chemical components of the fraction are palmitic acid,ethyl palmitate,β-sitosterol,etc.
