樟树籽油合成脂肪酸二乙醇胺的研究

摘要: 以樟树籽油为原料与甲醇进行了酯交换反应得脂肪酸甲酯。其甲酯在催化剂(NaOH)存在下与二乙醇胺作用得脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺。经分析脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺含量大于94%,甲酯含量小于 0.5%。实验测定了产品的亲水亲油平衡值 (HLB值)为 12.22。用傅里叶红外 (FTIR)分析方法定量分析脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,其速度快,足以满足工业生产的需要。

Abstract: This article deals with a new method for preparing fatty acid diethanol amide by reacting camphor tree seed oil with diethanolamine.The product was obtained with a purity of fatty diethanol amide>94% and fatty methyl ester<0.5% by FTIR quantitative analysis. HLB value of the product is 12.22.
