摘要: 通过精馏试验,摸索了分离 6-氯-2-硝基甲苯混合物的过程参数。精馏柱采用 φ26mm的玻璃柱,内装高效不锈钢三角丝填料,填料高度为 900mm,理论板数为 27块。实验结果表明,通过双塔精馏,可获得纯度大于 96%的 6-氯-2-硝基甲苯目标产品。

Abstract: Through distillation experiment, the process and parameters of separation of 6-chloro-2-nitrotoluene mixture have been studied in a φ26mm batch distillation column packed with high efficiency triangle metal packing of 900mm height, equivalent to 27 theoretical plates. The results showed that the purity of 6-chloro-2-nitrotoluene was over 96% by two tower distillation.
