麦草造纸碳足迹算法及低碳路径研究

Carbon Footprint Calculation Method for Pulping and Papermaking with Straw Material and the Measurements for Lowing Carbon

摘要: 探讨了麦草造纸业碳足迹及碳汇率计算方法;进而辅以国内典型规模与技术水平企业麦草产文化用纸生产线(40t/d)为例,计算其碳汇率;最后提出提高我国麦草造纸碳汇率的路径。研究结果表明,造纸业碳足迹计算适用于生命周期法;我国典型的企业麦草产漂白文化用纸生产线(40t/d)的吨纸碳排放量为2072.5kg,碳汇率为0.78;企业须加大生产规模至80t/d以上、采用节能高效先进生产工艺与装备降低碳排量,可实现麦草造纸碳汇率大于1.0。

Abstract: Calculation method of carbon footprint and carbon-sinks ratio of wheat straw papermaking industry was discussed in present study. The proposed method was applied to calculate the carbon-sinks ratio of a cultural paper production line (40t/d) with straw material. The ways to improve carbon-sinks ratio for China papermaking mills with straw material were proposed as well. The results showed that the life cycle assessment is suitable for the carbon footprint calculation in papermaking industry. The carbon emission and the carbon-sinks ratio for 1t paper in the typical line (40t/d) are 2248.5 kg CO2 and 0.8, respectively; The higher carbon-sinks ratio (>1.0) in papermaking industry could be realized when the production capacity increased from 40 t/d to 80 t/d, and more advanced technologies and equipments were used in wheat straw papermaking to reduce carbon emission.
