尾巨桉树皮高品位资源化利用的Py-GC-MS分析

Analysis on High-grade Resource Utilization of Eucalyptus urophydis Bark by Py-GC-MS

摘要: 采用热解-气相色谱-质谱(Py-GC-MS)研究尾巨桉树皮高品位资源化利用的前景.结果表明:尾巨桉树皮热裂解产物主要成分为乙酸(17.66%)、1,6-内醚-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(16.53%)、二氧化碳(15.75%)、丁烷(10.22%)、1-羟基-2-丙酮(10.19%)、1-丙醇(9.73%)等;而树皮苯-醇抽提物热裂解产物的主要成分为(Z,Z)-9,12-十八碳二烯酸(7.14%)、n-十六酸(6.89%)、8-丙氧基-雪松烷(6.65%)、4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基-苯甲醛(5.81%)、2,6-二甲氧基-苯酚(5.79%)、麦角甾-4,6,22-三烯-3α-醇(5.68%)、2-甲氧基-4-乙烯基苯酚(5.03%)、(E)-2-甲氧基-4-(1-丙烯基)-苯酚(4.90%)、二氧化碳(4.32%)、豆甾烷-3,5-二烯(3.35%)、2,3,5,6-四氟苯甲醚(3.13%)、2-甲氧基-苯酚(3.09%)等.

Abstract: Pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (Py-GC-MS) was used to analyze the pyrolysis product of Eucalyptus urophydis bark and its benzene-ethanol extractives. The main and abundant constituents of 590℃ pyrolysis product of E.urophydis bark were acetic acid (17.66%), 1,6-anhydro-β-D-glucopyranose (16.53%), carbon dioxide (15.75%), butane (10.22%), 1-hydroxy-2-propanone (10.19%), 1-propanol (9.73%), etc. The main and abundant constituents of pyrolysis product of benzene-ethanol extractives of E. urophydis bark were 9,12-octadecadienoic acid (Z,Z)- (7.14%), n-hexadecanoic acid (6.89%), 8-propoxy-cedrane(6.65%), 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy-benzaldehyde(5.81%), 2,6-dimethoxy-phenol(5.79%), ergosta-4,6,22-trien-3α-ol (5.68%), 2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol (5.03%), 2-methoxy-4-(1-propenyl)-phenol, (4.90%), carbon dioxide (4.32%), stigmastan-3,5-diene (3.35%), 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroanisole (3.13%), 2-methoxy-phenol(3.09%), etc.
