低纤维素酶活的木聚糖酶对二次纤维AKD施胶效果的影响

摘要: 低纤维素酶活木聚糖酶在合适的酶解条件下,能降低轻量涂布纸二次纤维中细小组分含量,增加浆料的滤水速度。原浆细小组分含量为37.5%,经过烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)中性施胶,Cobb值为25.86g/m2;经过木聚糖酶处理30min后,细小组分为28.4%,Cobb值为20.03g/m2。细小组分含量的变化影响到AKD施胶效果,成纸的施胶度随着浆料中细小组分含量的增加而降低。细小组分含量高,吸附在细小组分表面的AKD在纸页的成形过程中易流失到白水中,降低了AKD的留着率。在合适的酶处理条件下,经过酶改性的二次纤维,能有效地提高二次纤维AKD的施胶效果;细小组分的含量对AKD的施胶效果影响很大。

Abstract: Cellulase poor xylanases can reduce the content of fines in the light weight coated secondary fibers and increase drainage rate under appropriate enzymolysis condition.Proportion of fines in the material is 37.5% and in Cobb value is 25.86 g/m2 by alkyl ketene dimmer(AKD) sizing.But content of fines is decreased to 28.4% and Cobb value to 20.03 g/m2 after the material has been disposed for 30 min by xylanases.Content of fines affects AKD sizing.Size resistance of paper is improved as content of fines is decreased.The higher content of fines is in the stock,the more AKD absorbed on the fines surface.AKD is easily lost into white water so that retention rate reduces.AKD sizing effect can be improved by enzymolysis of secondary fibers.Content of fines has significant effects on AKD sizing.
