可再生高分子材料的特性pH值及表征方法

摘要: 可再生高分子材料的pH值测定往往采用Browning介绍的办法,即通过测定一个固定比例的材料与水的混合物去反映该材料的pH值。由于这种方法忽略了这类材料自身含有水分而且水分会随环境的变化而改变的特点,所以存在明显的缺陷。但考虑到该方法有着易操作、简单实用的优点,而且已被人们普遍接受,本研究对Browning方法作了一些改进。通过测定欧洲赤松(Pinus sylvestris L.)的多个固/液比的pH值,并将所测得的pH值与其所对应的固/液比外推作图,发现它们均呈现出非常好的线性。由此可得到材料的一个统一的和唯一的特性pH值。文中测量并比较了一些典型的可再生高分子材料用Browning方法得到的pH值和改进方法得出的特性pH值。

Abstract: pH value of renewable polymeric materials is usually determined according to the method described by Browing in which the material of a fixed solid/water ratio was used.This method represents only one ratio to reflect it's pH value,which has the obvious defects of ignoring the variations of water content caused by environmental variation.In this study,Browning's method was modified by measuring a series of pH values of Pinus sylvestris L.wood of different solid/water ratios to plot curve,which exhibits good linear correlation.By extrapolating the linear line,an unique pH value was obtained which was defined as its intrinsic pH value.Finally,a comparison of intrinsic pH values of some typical renewable polymeric materials with their pH values normally obtained by traditional Browning's method has been made.
