Abstract: After de-inking and washing-off,the waste paper is called secondary fiber.Lignin and hemicellulose are removed from secondary fiber to obtain cellulose, which is hydrolyzed by cellulase to obtain glucose. The temperature,pH value, dosage of enzyme and time are experimented by measuring the content of glucose to find out the optimal condition of enzymatic hydrolysis:temperature 45℃,pH value 4.8,dosage 8 IU/g(based on dry material). The product yield may exceed 60%.

Key words: cellulase, cellulose, glucose, secondary fibers, saccharification
