Abstract: Affecting factors were studied during the hydrolysis of bagasse sulfite pulp by cellulase. Analyses on hydrolysis filtrate, the change of cellulose supramolecular structure and morphological characteristic caused by enzymatic treatment were carried out by ICS, X-ray diffraction, FT-IR and AFM. The results showed that, hydrolysis yields of bleached pulp and unbleached pulp were 74.89% and 70.67%, respectively. The hydrolysis yield of bleached pulp was lower than that of unbleached pulp under similar optimum conditions. Cellobiose concentration decreased during hydrolysis from 7.95 to 2.44g/L and from 6.59 to 3.11g/L at 6h and 72h for unbleached and bleached pulp, respectively. The crystallinity of cellulose increased after enzymatic treatment while crystal form had no transformation.
