Study on Quantitative Determination of 1,2,3-Trimethoxybenzene

摘要: 研究了用紫外分光光度法和气相色谱法测定1,2,3-三甲氧基苯含量的方法,提出了测定实验条件.统计检验结果表明,两种方法的测定数据组均无异常值并遵从正态分布,因此两种测定方法均具有实用性.同时进行了两种测定方法的精密度比较,显著性检验表明了两种测定方法在统计学意义上精密度的不一致性,前者具有较高的精密度.

Abstract: Methods of gas chromatography and UV-spectrophotometry for determination of 1,2,3-trimethoxybenzene content were studied. Test conditions of the methods were proposed. Statistical inspection results showed that the two groups of measuring data determined respectively by GC and UV were in compliance with normal distribution, therefore, both methods are practical. But distinct difference existed in statistical precision between methods of GC and UV, the former was more precise.
