阿拉伯半乳聚糖-5-氟脲嘧啶的合成与缓释性能

摘要: 以兴安落叶松木材加工剩余物中提取的阿拉伯半乳聚糖(AG)为原料,与5-氟脲嘧啶合成了载药率为6.38%的阿拉伯半乳聚糖-5-氟脲嘧啶(AGF).通过红外光谱和紫外光谱验证合成反应机理,并考察了AGF在pH值7.2的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中5-氟脲嘧啶的缓释性能,AGF缓释52 h后5-氟脲嘧啶的累积释放率为16.52%.

Abstract: Arabinogalactan, which was extracted from the processed wood residue of Larix gmelinii(Rupr.), was reacted with 5-fluorouracil to obtain the novel arabinogalactan-5-fluouracil (AGF), which has a loaded capacity of 6.38%. The mechanism of reaction was corroborated via infrared and ultraviolet spectrometries. Its delayed releasing function was characterized by the curve of cumulative release percentage in the phosphate buffer (pH value 7.2) solution. The drug releasing rate was 16.52% in 52 h.
