川楝子黄酮类化合物成分分析

摘要: 采用超声波法,以50%乙醇为溶剂从川楝子提取黄酮类化合物。提取液浓缩成浸膏后热水溶解并以石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇连续萃取分离,将正丁醇萃取组分以聚酰胺柱层析进行纯化后得到两个不同流分(Ⅰ和Ⅱ)。结合薄层层析法、颜色反应和高效液相色谱法分析。结果表明:流分Ⅰ中含有芦丁和桑色素两种黄酮类化合物,流分Ⅱ中含有芦丁。研究结果为川楝子的综合开发利用打下基础。

Abstract: The flavonoids in fruits of Melia toowendan Sieb. et Zucc was extracted by 50% ethanol ultrasonic extraction. They were separated and purified by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butyl extraction and polyamide column chromatography. Two components(Ⅰ and Ⅱ)were obtained. Their basic structures were studied by means of TLC, colour test and HPLC. The results showed that there are rutin and morin in the component Ⅰ, however only rutin was found in the component Ⅱ. This result provides the theoretical basis for utilizing M.toowendan fruits.
