桐油酸保存方法的初步研究

Primary Study on Methods of Preserving Eleostearic Acid

摘要: 初步研究了桐油酸的保存方法,以α-桐油酸含量为指标,将桐油酸与三氟化硼-甲醇溶液进行甲酯化,采用气相色谱法检测桐油酸含量,并用红外光谱扫描结构.研究了容器材质、温度、保存条件对桐油酸的影响,并采用正交试验考察了抗氧化剂种类、用量及温度等对桐油酸保存的影响.结果表明,抗氧化剂及其用量、冷藏温度对桐油酸含量影响较小,因此桐油酸在真空包装、温度低于25℃条件下保存为宜.

Abstract: The methods of preserving eleostearic acid were studied, adopting content of eleostearic acid as index. Eleostearic acid was esterificated with BF3 in methanol. The content of eleostearic acid was determined by gas chromatography, and the structure is studied by infrared spectroscopy. The tests on material of container, temperature and condition of preservation have been done. The effects of antioxidant, dosage and temperature on preseration of eleostearic acid were studied through orthogonal test. The results showed that the effects of antioxidant, dosage and temperature on content of eleostearic acid are insignificant. The suitable method for preservation of eleostearic acid is using vacuum package and preserved below 25℃.
