竹醋液中酚类化合物的Folin-Ciocalteu法测定

Determination of the Content of Phenolic Compounds in Bamboo Vinegar by Folin-Ciocalteu's Method

摘要: 以没食子酸丙酯为标准品研究了Folin-Ciocalteu法测定竹醋液中酚类化合物含量的适宜条件.结果表明,当Folin-Ciocalteu试剂与质量分数10%Na2CO3体积比1:1,反应温度35℃,反应时间120 min时,酚类化合物质量浓度在5~30 g/L范围内与吸光值呈良好的线性关系.测定方法的平均回收率为101.55%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.30%,有较好的准确度和精密度.

Abstract: Using propyl gallate as standard material, the optimum conditions for determining the content of phenolic compounds in bamboo vinegar by Folin-Ciocalteu's method were investigated. The results showed that the reaction conditions were:ratio of Folin reagent to 10% Na2CO3 1:1(volume ratio ),reaction temperature 35℃, reaction time 120 min. There was a good linearity in range of 5-30 g/L.The average recovery rate was 101.55% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.30%. This method had a good accuracy and precision to determine the content of phenolic compounds.
