复合型淀粉高吸水性树脂在不同介质中的吸水能力研究

RESEARCH ON WATER ABSORBENCE OF POLY(STARCH-ACRYLIC ACID-ACRYLAMIDE ) COMPLEX SUPERABSORBENT IN DIFFERENT MEDIUMS

摘要: 以亚硫酸氢钠和过硫酸铵组成的氧化还原引发剂,N,N′ 亚甲基二丙烯酰胺为交联剂,使淀粉三元接枝丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺,在含有粘土的悬浮液中反应,制得淀粉复合型高吸水性树脂。在本实验条件下获得最优反应条件为:反应温度为70℃,引发剂含量为单体0.3%、丙烯酰胺含量为丙烯酸40%、丙烯酸中和度为90%。发现树脂在一元醇中吸收能力小于多元醇,并且分子越大,吸收能力越低。而且在醇中的吸收能力明显低于在去离子水中的吸水能力。在中性范围内,树脂具有最大的吸水能力。而在酸性或碱性条件下,树脂的吸水能力明显减小。

Abstract: Using sodium bissulfite and ammonium persulfate, N, N′-methylene bisacrylamide as redox-initiator and crosslinking agent respectively, a starch superabsorbent was synthesized by graft polymerization of acrylic acid(AA) and acrylamide(AM) in clay suspension.The optimum condition in this experiment has been obtained by reacting at 70℃, m(initiator):m(monomers) 0.3:1, m(AM):m(AA) 0.4:1 and the neutralization of AA 90%.It was found that water absorbency in alcohol is lower than in deionized water, absorbency in monobasic alcohol is higher than in polyalcohol, and absorbency decreased with the increase of molecular weight of monobasic alcohol.The best absorbency has been received under neutral condition(pH value 7).
