Abstract: Six compounds, namely:friedelin(1), β-sitosterol(2), canophyllol(3), isocalophyllic acid(4), amentoflavone(5) and canophyllic acid(6) were isolated from the leaves of Calophyllum membranaceum Gardn.et Champ.Their structures were determined by analysis of 1HNMR, 13CNMR and MS.Isocalophyllic acid exhibited selective in vitro cytotoxicity toward Bel-7402 and NCI 4460, their IC50 were 9.074 and 6.372 μg/mL, respectively.
