Abstract

Abstract: Research has been made on composition and properties of perilla seed coat extractives.Results show that the extractives contain plenty of flavone and polyphenols with properties of antioxidation for fat and oil,to replace synthetic antioxidants.More over,the extractives are nontoxic and health-protective.
