Study on Triterpenoids from Celastrus rosthornianus Loes. var. Loeseneri

Abstract: Nine triterpenoids were isolated from Celastrus rosthornianus Loes. var. loeseneri by silica gel and sephadex LH-20. The chemical structures of the above compounds were indentified as β-amyrin, oleanolic acid, 12-oleanen-3-one,12-oleanene-3β, 11β-diol, lupeol, 20(29)-lupen-3-one, 20(30)-lupene-3β,29-diol,29-hydroxy-20(30)-lupen-3-one, lupeol palmitate by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS.
