Abstract: Starch, cellulose, protein, allantoin, isoflavone and dietary fiber, which are important medical, food and chemical stuff, can be extracted from Pueraria DC. The comprehensive exploitation and utilization of Pueraria were introduced.The distribution of isoflavone in the plant, extraction, purification and analysis methods were expecially introduced so as to put forward intensive study and utilization of Pueraria in our country.
