改性三聚氰胺树脂的研究进展

摘要: 综述了三聚氰胺树脂的合成工艺以及提高其水溶性、韧性、稳定性等方面的研究进展。三聚氰胺树脂的水溶性改性应对其进行离子化改性,包括阳离子改性和阴离子改性;韧性改性一般是减少树脂的交联度,或者向反应体系中引入柔性链段;稳定性改性则是加入醇类对树脂进行醚化。同时综述了三聚氰胺树脂在竹材加工中的应用。

Abstract: The synthesis of melamine resin and its properties such as water-solubility, tenacity and stability were reviewed. The water-solubility of melamine resin was enhanced by ionized modification that includes the anionic and cationic. The modification of melamine resin for its tenacity was done by the ways that reducing the resin's cross-linking degree, or adding flexible chain to the reaction system. The stability of melamine resin was improved by adding alcohol to the resin which will be etherified. Meanwhile, the trend of the application of melamine resin in bamboo processing was discussed.
