苯乙烯改性桐油基醇酸树脂的合成研究

摘要: 采用桐油和苯乙烯为原料,合成苯乙烯改性桐油基醇酸树脂。研究了桐油和苯乙烯含量对改性醇酸树脂性能的影响,并对改性树脂的分子质量、涂膜性能和红外光谱进行了测定。结果表明,苯乙烯改性桐油基醇酸树脂涂膜具有快干、高硬度和耐水性好等优点。

Abstract: Tung oil based alkyd resins modified by styrene were synthesized from tung oil alkyd copolymerized with styrene. Effects of tung oil content and amount of styrene on the properties of modified alkyd were discussed. Molecular weigh,properties and FTIR spectra of modified alkyds were studied.The results showed that modified alkyd resin paints possess good properties such as fast drying, high hardness and excellent water resistance.
