丙烯酸改性松香基环氧树脂的合成研究

STUDY ON SYNTHESIS OF EPOXY RESIN BY ACRYLIC MODIFIED ROSIN

摘要: 以松香为基本原料,通过D-A加成反应,合成了丙烯酸改性松香,继而与环氧氯丙烷进行酯化反应、闭环反应,合成了丙烯酸改性松香基环氧树脂。本文重点讨论了反应温度、反应时间及催化剂用量等因素对酯化反应的影响;闭环温度、碱的体积分数及溶剂的种类对闭环反应的影响。在适宜的合成条件下合成环氧树脂的环氧值为0.27eq/100g,粘度(40℃)为25.25Pa·s,酸值为0.4mgKOH/g。并对产物的红外光谱进行了解析。

Abstract: Acrylic modified rosin type epoxy resin was synthesized by esterification and ring closing reaction of acrylic modified rosin with excessive epichlorohydrin.The influence of reaction conditions were discussed respectively,such as catalyst amount, esterification time and temperature,ring closing temperature,kinds of solvent,NaOH volume part and so on.Acrylic modified rosin type epoxy resin which was synthesized under suitable conditions had following properties:epoxy value 0.27 eq/100 g,viscosity at 40℃, 25.25 Pa·s,acid value 0.4 mgKOH/g.FT-IR spectra of the product was also discussed.It was found that acrylic modified rosin type epoxy resin has good application potential.
