摘要: 研究了不同培养条件下,树干毕赤酵母(Pichia stipitis)P2生长和发酵戊糖(主要是木糖)生成酒精的规律。单独采用尿素作氮源,树干毕赤酵母P2生长和发酵木糖情况良好,与以蛋白胨为单一氮源相接近。研究表明,树干毕赤酵母P2生长最适温度是25~30℃,最佳pH值范围是4.6~5.8。当温度分别为25和35℃时,树干毕赤酵母P2发酵木糖的最适pH值范围分别为3.4~4.2和3.8~5.0。

Abstract: Effects of culture condition,including nitrogen source,pH value and temperature on pentose(mainly xylose) fermentation by Pichia stipitis P2 were investigated.Both growth and xylose fermentation were as good with (urea) as a sole nitrogen source as with peptone as a sole nitrogen source.The optimum pH value and temperature range of the growth of Pichia stipitis P2 were 4.6-5.8 and 25-30℃,respectively.When cultural temperature was 25℃ and 35℃,the optimum pH value range of the xylose fermentation by P2 was 3.4-4.2 and 3.8-5.0,respectively.
