摘要: 研究了流态化气化炉用于生物质气化的可行性和安全性,在富氧条件下研究了木屑气化工艺过程,探索了催化剂对气化过程及焦油裂解过程的影响,给出了一个最佳的工艺操作参数范围。煤气热值最高可达9.93 MJ/Nm3

Abstract: In this paper, the feasibility and safety of the fluidized-bed gasifier used for biomass gasification were studied. The technological process of sawdust gasification was investigated in oxygen-enriched air. Effects of catalysts on gasifying process and tar cracking were explored and optimized range of technological parameters were obtained.The max imum heat value of gas is as high as 9.93 MJ/Nm3.
