玉米秸秆制备燃料乙醇的集成技术研究

Integrated Process of Ethanol Production from Corn Stover

摘要: 175 g 蒸汽爆破玉米秸秆在底物质量浓度 100 g/L,纤维素酶用量 20 FPIU/g(以纤维素计)、β-葡萄糖苷酶用量 3 IU/g(以纤维素计)下酶解 48 h,酶解得率为 74.89%;酶解液经固液分离,上清液浓缩用于高糖浓清液发酵,葡萄糖利用率为 99.56%,乙醇得率为理论得率的 94.50%;474.3 g 酶解渣经酿酒酵母于酵母用量为每克酶解渣2.0×106个/克、30℃ 下固态发酵 24 h 再变温至 36℃ 发酵 42 h,反应体系中乙醇质量为 11.59 g。175 g 蒸汽爆破玉米秸秆经低底物浓度水解、高浓清液发酵、酶解渣固态变温发酵过程获得 36.49 g 乙醇,乙醇转化率为 0.209 g/g (以蒸汽爆破玉米秸秆计)。

Abstract: When the steam exploded corn stover was hydrolyzed by cellulase at substrate loading of 100 g/L and cellulase dosage of 20 FPIU/g-cellulose, β-glucosidase dosage of 3IU/g-cellulose for 48 h, the hydrolysis yield was 74.89%. Following solid-liquid separation, a liquid fermentation of concentrated supernatant was performed, the glucose consumption yield and ethanol yield were 99.56% and 94.50%, respectively. Variable temperature fermentation of enzymatic hydrolysis residue was carried out at yeast loading of 2.0×106 cfu/g enzymatic hydrolysis residue, applying 30℃ for the first 24 h and 36℃ for the next 42 h. It was found that 11.59 g ethanol was obtained from 474.3 g enzymatic hydrolysis residue. 175 g steam exploded corn stover was bio-refinied through the intergrated processes containing lower substrate hydrolysis, higher glucose concentration fermentation and variable temperature fermentation of enzymatic hydrolysis residue process. Finally, 36.49 g ethanol was obtained, and the pretreated corn stover-to-ethanol conversion yield was 0.209 g/g.
