香椿老叶总多酚抗氧化活性的研究

Study on Antioxidant Effects of Polyphenols from Old Leaves of Toona sinensis (A. Juss) Roem

摘要: 对香椿老叶总多酚进行了初步鉴定,同时,分别采用总还原力测定法、三价铁还原抗氧化能力测试法(FRAP)、1.1-二苯基苦基苯阱(DPPH)测定法和β-胡萝卜素褪色法对香椿老叶总多酚的抗氧化活性进行了测定.总还原力法、FRAP法抗氧化实验结果分别在波长λ700和593nm下,香椿老叶的吸光值较2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)高,表明香椿老叶抗氧化能力高于BHT;DPPH自由基清除能力维持在90%以上,与Vc相当;β-胡萝卜素褪色法表明香椿老叶总多酚呈现出较为明显的剂量依赖性关系.抗氧化实验结果表明香椿老叶总多酚具有很强的抗氧化能力.

Abstract: Preliminary identification of polyphenols from old leaves of Chinese mahogany (Toona sinensis (A. Juss) Roem (TP)) had been made and four antioxidant testing methods, namely: reductive power measurement, ferric reducing ability of plasma (FRAP) method, DPPH radical scavenging activity measurement and β-carotene bleaching method, were tested respectively to study antioxidant ability of TP. Results of reductive power measurement and FRAP method showed that absorbances under wave length λ 700 and 593 nm respectively of TP were higher than that of butylated hydroxy toluene(BHT) which proved that TP owned a stronger antioxidant ability. Results of DPPH radical scavenging ability measurement were all above 90%, as high as those of Vc. Result of β-carotene bleaching method indicated that TP showed an apparently dosage-dependent relationship and strong antioxidant ability.
