离子液体[HSO3-(CH2)4-mim][HSO4]催化合成松香甘油酯的研究

Synthesis of Rosin Glycerin Ester Catalyzed by Ionic Liquid[HSO3-(CH2)4-mim][HSO4]

摘要: 合成了1-磺酸丁基-3-甲基咪唑硫酸氢盐离子液体([HSO3-(CH2)4-mim]),并以其为催化剂,催化松香和甘油酯化合成了松香甘油酯,用红外及核磁共振对产品进行了表征。详细探讨了各因素对酯化反应的影响,确定最佳反应条件为:醇酸比(nOH:nCOOH)为1.1:1,反应温度260℃,反应时间7h,离子液体用量0.03%(占原料松香质量)。在此条件下,产品酸值9.6mg/g,软化点90℃,得率100.2%,色泽(Fe-Co法)4,与传统催化剂ZnO相比,产品性能更佳。

Abstract: The synthesized applied ionic liquid[HSO3-(CH2)4-mim] was as a catalyst to prepare glycerol ester through the esterification of gum rosin with glycerol. The products were characterized by FT-IR and NMR. The influence of reaction conditions on reaction results was also investigated. Under the optimum reaction conditions,i.e molar ratio of alcohol to acid(nOH:nCOOH) 1.1:1, reaction temperature 260℃, reaction time 7h and dosage of the ionic liquid 0.03%(based on rosin weight), the obtained product had an acid number 9.6mg/g, a softening point 90℃, a color number 4(Fe-Co method), and the yield reached 100.2%. Compared with the products prepared using traditional catalyst ZnO, this kind of products had better performances.
