微波法制备甘蔗渣活性炭及表征

摘要: 采用正交试验方法对影响活性炭性能的因素如活化剂、添加剂、微波功率及处理时间等进行了系统研究,并用热分析方法等对样品进行了表征。得到了磷酸 微波法新工艺制备甘蔗渣活性炭的最佳工艺:将甘蔗渣浸渍于添加有 2%~4%硫酸及 1%~2%盐酸等添加剂、浓度为 15%~25%的磷酸溶液中,浸泡 48h后,在微波功率为 720W条件下处理 15~20min。用典型工艺条件制得的活性炭的产率为47.5%,亚甲基蓝脱色力为 15.5mL/0.1g,干燥减量为 3.1%。

Abstract: The influencing factors on properties of activated carbon such as activating agent, additives, power of microwave and activating time were systematically studied by means of orthogonal test.The best technology on manufacture of activated carbon were obtained:Bagasse were infused 48 h in 15%~25% phosphoric acid, in which 2%~4% sulfuric acid and 1%~2% hydrochloric acid were added, and radiated 15~20min by microwave at 720W.The experiment showed that yield of activated carbon was 47.5%, methylene blue decoloring ability reached 15.5mL/0.1g, and drying loss was 3.1%.
