正交试验法优选虫白蜡脱色条件

摘要: 采用正交试验法研究虫白蜡精制工艺中的脱色条件,考察了白土用量、脱色时间、脱色温度等因素对脱色效果的影响,得出了虫白蜡脱色的最佳条件为:白土用量8%,脱色温度80℃,脱色时间30min。

Abstract: Decoloration conditions of insect white wax was studied by orthogonal test.Effects of white clay dosage, decoloring temperature and time upon decoloration were investigated.Optimum decoloration condition was determined as follows:white clay dosage 8%, decoloring temperature 80℃ and time 30 min.
