狭叶虎皮楠黄酮类物质的分离、鉴定及抗氧化活性研究

Purification, Identification and Antioxidant Activity of Flavonoids from Daphniphyllum angustifolium Hutch.

摘要: 研究了狭叶虎皮楠中的黄酮类化合物,利用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20和制备型液相色谱(pre-HPLC)从中分离得到4个黄酮类单体,利用质谱及核磁共振进行分析鉴定,得出化合物分别为:芹菜素(Ⅰ)、木犀草素(Ⅱ)、柚皮苷(Ⅲ)和葛根素(Ⅳ) ,并对它们的抗氧化活性进行了比较,经检索这4种化合物均为首次从狭叶虎皮楠中提取分离得到。

Abstract: Flavonoids from Daphniphyllum angustifolium Hutch. were studied. Four compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and pre-HPLC. They were identified to be apigenin (Ⅰ), luteolin(Ⅱ), naringin (Ⅲ), puerarin(Ⅳ) by MS and NMR, also their antioxidant activity were compared. All of them are first isolated from D.angustifolium.
