摘要: 获得更高生产性能的菌株是降低纤维素酶在纤维乙醇、纸浆造纸、纺织等领域使用成本的主要解决途径。总结了影响宿主菌(里氏木霉和毕赤酵母)高效表达纤维素酶基因的多种因素,如里氏木霉转录调控、启动子优化、外源酶基因与毕赤酵母表达的适配性、启动子拷贝数及酶基因拷贝数等,以期为纤维素酶高产菌株的构建提供有益的参考。

Abstract: Acquisition of a more excellent producing strain of cellulase is the major approach to decrease the cost of application in the field of cellulosic ethanol, pulp and paper, textile and so on. In order to review some valuable information on the construction of high yielding strain of cellulase, a variety of factors, including regulation of cellulase in Trichorderma reesei, optimization of promoter, the compatibility between cellulase gene and the host, the copy number of promoter and expressed gene, were discussed. Their influence on the expression of cellulse gene in T.reesei or Pichia pastoris was summarized.
