摘要: 纤维素是一种具有重要发展潜力的生物型能源。研究纤维素酶及其基因的结构和功能,阐明基因表达和降解机制是利用这一巨大资源的基础之一。本文综述了纤维素酶及其基因结构和功能研究的最新进展,并对其发展前景进行了分析。

关键词: 纤维素酶, 糖基水解酶, 结构分析

Abstract: Cellulose is an important potential bio-energy resource. One of the bases of utilizing the resource is to study the structure and function of cellulase and the encoding DNA sequence to elucidate the regulation of thegene expression and thehydrolysis mechanism of the enzyme. Recent advances in the structure-function relationship of cellulase and its encodinggene were reviewed and future research was prospected.
